The Commission on Higher Education’s (CHED) Executive Director, Atty. Cinderella Filipina S. Benitez-Jaro, administered the induction of the new officers of the Regional Association of Practitioners of Student Affairs and Services (RAPSAS) on February 2, 2024 at the GO Hotels Plus, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
Established by the Deans, Directors, and Coordinators of student affairs and services of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the region, RAPSAS is steadfast in the implementation of programs, projects, and activities relative to student affairs and services that are in accordance with CHED Memorandum Order No. 9, s. 2019 titled “Enhanced Policies and Guidelines for Student Affairs and Services.” As such, RAPSAS plays a key role in the realization of CHED RO2’s relevant initiatives.
