CHED Regional Office 2 OIC-Regional Director, Atty. Marco Cicero F. Domingo joined the Celebration of the CEAP 2023 7th Sports and Socio-Cultural Competition with the theme: “CEAP RO2: Journeying Together Through Healthy Sports and Socio – Cultural Competition” of the Catholic Education Association of the Philippines (CEAP) Region 2. The event was held at Saint Joseph’s College of Baggao Inc. on February 6 to 8, 2023.
