The newly designated Director of the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 2 (CHED RO2), Dr. Julieta M. Paras, welcomed the delegation from Cagayan State University (CSU) and discussed matters that are vital in ensuring the delivery of quality higher education on 20 January 2025.
During the meeting, CSU officials, led by OIC-President, Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, expressed their commitment to strengthening partnerships with the Commission.
