The University of Cagayan Valley (UCV) and the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 2 (CHED RO2) warmly welcomed CHED Chairperson, Dr. J. Prospero De Vera III, and party, at the Tuguegarao City Airport on November 17, 2023.
UCV President, Dr. Esther Susan N. Perez-Mari, and CHED RO2 OIC-Regional Director, Atty. Marco Cicero F. Domingo, led the welcoming party which was composed by the members of the UCV’s administration and Board of Directors, CHED RO2 personnel, and the UCV Alay Dance Troupe. The UCV Alay Dance Troupe rendered an energetic welcome salvo manifesting the region’s warm hospitality.
During the three-day visit, Chairperson De Vera was accompanied by CHED MIMAROPA’s Regional Director, Atty. Joselito C. Alisuag, who served as a resource person on quality assurance and internationalization in higher education. (A. Maguigad Jr.)
