Dubbed “BALAKAD: Pagkakaisa, Pag-uugnay at Pagsasalin ng Makabuluhang Aktibidad para sa Kagalingan ng Estudyante sa Rehiyon Dos”, the workshop is part of CHED RO2 and its partner organization, the Pro-active Education and Capacity Building in Higher Education of Region 2 (PrEaCHER-02) against Illegal Drugs, recognition of the crucial role of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in ensuring the establishment of a healthy learning environment which equips students with necessary information and skills in leading a healthy and drug-free lifestyle, and efforts in addressing the complex drug problem that greatly impacts the youth.
In attendance are the respective Guidance Counselors and Heads of Student Affairs and Services of various HEIs across the region.
